We are excited to welcome a dedicated Adult Residential Support Professional to our Neillsville team. As part of our comprehensive Substance Use Disorder treatment program for adult men, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for residents working toward sustainable recovery.
This is a full‑time, benefits‑eligible 2nd shift position in a beautiful, newly opened facility designed to inspire growth and change.
Schedule
Weekdays: Monday–Friday, 3:45 PM–12:15 AM Weekends: Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 AM–8:30 PM (Weekend shifts are required.)
What You'll Do
As an essential member of our care team, you will:
Support, monitor, and positively engage with residents
Document observations and maintain accurate records
Assist with daily living needs, housekeeping, and meal prep
Provide medication monitoring/administration per program guidelines
Respond appropriately to crises or emergency situations
Support residents in achieving treatment plan goals
Facilitate educational groups and life‑skills activities
Transport residents to appointments and community activities
Maintain confidentiality and uphold trauma‑informed, person‑centered care
Contribute to a collaborative, mission‑driven team environment

What You Bring
High School Diploma or GED required
Experience in human services, behavioral health, or related fields preferred
Strong communication skills, professionalism, and healthy boundaries
Ability to work independently, problem‑solve, and remain calm under pressure
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Willingness to complete DHS 83 training after hire
Work Environment
This role is active and hands‑on. You'll be moving throughout the facility, supporting residents indoors and outdoors, and occasionally assisting with seasonal tasks like snow shoveling or yard care. Travel for resident appointments may be required (25–50%).
