Licensed Therapist - Mental Health IOP

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 1-930pm and Friday 830am-5pm

Salary Ranges: $74,880 - $87,776

The Recovery Village Kansas City Outpatient Center offerscomprehensive treatment for substance use disorders and mental health challenges in a caring, supportive environment. Job Duties

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in an oupatient treatment setting
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation
• Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI)
• Support discharge planning and continuity of care

Requirements

Education:

• Masters' Degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field required.

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field

• Licensed in the state of Missouri (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
• Experience with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders preferred
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• CPR and BFA Certification required.
