Description
American Traveler is seeking a full-time RN for a Home Health position in Vermont, requiring a minimum of 1 year of experience and an active VT or compact RN license.
Details
- Home health setting serving individuals of all backgrounds across central Vermont
- Services include home health, hospice, health promotion, long-term care, and maternal-and-child health
- Tuesday through Saturday day shift schedule
- 16-week contract
Requirements
- Active VT or compact RN license required
- BLS/BCLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
- DOB and SSN may be required for consideration
Additional Information
- Provide individualized, goal-oriented nursing care following the nursing process in accordance with physician orders
- May serve as Case Manager when acting as the lead discipline on a case
- This is a rapid response/crisis position, indicating an urgent need for placement
