Job Summary: Electrophysiology (CCL EP) Cheyenne, WY. The healthcare provider will support Electrophysiology (EP) lab activities in a sterile environment, assisting with case circulation and monitoring and helping to ensure procedures are conducted safely. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days; MTH with shift hours of 7.5 and a minimum of 37.5 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Active license to submit; Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); American Heart Association (AHA) certifications as applicable; EP lab experience with at least 1 year of experience; Epic experience (Electronic Health Record); ability to work in a sterile EP lab environment.
- Preferred Qualifications: EP lab sterile field scrub experience; prior travel experience; additional experience beyond the minimum (2 years of experience with no gaps as stated).
- Responsibilities: Circulate, monitor, and support EP lab procedures in a sterile environment, with a preference for candidates who have scrubbed in the EP lab.
- Call/Weekend Requirements: 3 call nights per month (5p7a); 1 weekend (FridaySunday); travelers are expected to take call; call rotation is part of a 4-person call team.
- Unit/Department Orientation: One week of orientation on the unit after onboarding.
- Floating Requirements: No floating to IR; floating to Cath Lab may be required to assist in circulating and monitoring.
- Additional Information: EP is scheduled on Monday and Thursday. Charting is completed in Epic. Trauma Level 2; acute care setting.
- Submission/Compliance Notes: All PPW due Wednesday at noon MST the week before start.
