Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a full-time Home Health position in Vermont, working Thursday through Monday with a minimum of 1 year of experience required.
Details
- Home health setting serving patients of all backgrounds in central Vermont
- Schedule runs Thursday through Monday on day shift
- Serves dual roles as a Home Health RN and Case Manager
- 16-week contract
Requirements
- Active VT or Compact RN license currently in hand
- Current BLS/BCLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
- Home health experience required
- DOB and SSN required for consideration
Additional Information
- Provides individualized, goal-oriented nursing care using the nursing process in accordance with physician orders
- Acts as Case Manager when serving as the lead discipline on a case
- Organization is a community-focused, not-for-profit providing home health, hospice, health promotion, long-term care, and maternal-and-child health services
